Rosin Fumarated Polymer with Glycerol

This type of Rosin is obtained by Diels-Alder reaction of fumaric acid with rosin and esterified with glycerol.
They are generally resins with high softening point and high acid number.

The most common uses are water based and solvent based flexographic inks and road marking paints.
