PENTAERYTHRITOL ESTER
OF GUM ROSIN
PR268

Pentaerythritol ester of gum rosin/wood rosin is obtained through the
esterification of rosin with pentaerythritol.
These esters are stabilized to provide excellent thermal and oxidation resistance.

They are compatible with a wide range of common polymers and resins, including EVA polymers, SIS, SBR, natural rubber, butyl rubber, hydrocarbon resins and terpene resins.
They are soluble in aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons, ester and ketones and insoluble in ethanol and water.
