MODIFIED GUM ROSIN PR117
Glycerol esters of modified gum rosin are obtained by esterifying fumarated rosin with glycerol at high temperatures.
These rosin esters have been stabilized to provide excellent
thermal resistance and excellent resistance to oxidation.
They are solid resins with a light yellow color. Lower softening point resins are compatible with most common compounds such as, EVA polymers, SIS, SBR, natural rubber, butyl rubber,
hydrocarbon and terpene resins and other polymers.
These products are soluble in aromatic hydrocarbon solvents, ester and ketones.
